Although our arena’s are huge and filled with wall to wall trampolines, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary so please double check before your visit!
Why do I need to wear Family play park grip socks?
Family Play Park socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our trampolines, reducing the risk of injury – especially on our wall trampolines. Family Play Park socks are yours to keep and re-use.
How safe is it?
Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do’s and don’ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.
How old do you have to be to jump?
All ages are welcome to Family Play Park. Children of 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. If you’re between 12-18 years old your parent of guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.
Adults will need to be present at all times. All under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the trampoline area, but the adults don’t have to bounce.
How long before my jump time starts do I need to arrive?
All Flippers must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and watch our safety briefing.
What should I wear?
When you're coming to Family Play Park you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines.
Please note, it is essential that Family Play Park grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce or jump without a pair!
